Dowling, Fuller leave health information association The top two executives of the $25M-revenue American Health Information Management Association are no longer with the organization, an AHIMA spokesman confirmed. Dowling Fitzgerald Papas Twitty Selby Kanyoro CEO Alan Dowling and COO Sandra Fuller both left AHIMA within the last month, Craig May, the association’s director of public relations, told CEO Update.
